Penney High cheerleading squad wins Regional Title

For the 12th straight year, Renae Wattenbarger's Penney High cheerleading squad has won the Regional Title. This year's contest, sponsored by the Missouri Cheer Coaches Association, was held at Staley High School on November 4th. The Hamilton Hornet cheerleaders will participate in the State competition on December 1st at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. Members of the squad are: Shaylea East, Hali Dunwiddie, Hannah Graham, Katie Galbraith, Ally Houghton, Jessica Richman, Ali Trosper, Ashley Brown, Mary Brown, Somers Finch, Gabbi Grooms, Morgan Hartley, Julia Kanoy, and Evie Pingleton.
