PSC sets intervention deadline in case with Ameren Missouri

The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in a case (#EO-2017-0023)  filed by the PSC Staff. Pursuant to PSC rules, the PSC Staff, on July 25, 2016, filed a notice indicating its start of a second Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act (MEEIA) prudence audit of Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri. The PSC Staff MEEIA prudence audit will examine costs associated with Ameren Missouri’s Demand Side Investment Mechanism (DSIM) for the period July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. The PSC Staff plans to a file recommendation regarding its examination and analysis no later than December 22, 2016.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than September 12, 2016, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information Service (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .
