Carl “Rookie” Litton, Jr.

Carl “Rookie” Litton, Jr., age 55, of Polo, MO, passed away at home on Dec. 26, 2015. He was born April 28, 1960, the son of Carl T. Litton and Betty Ann (Aubrey) Litton in North Kansas City. Carl worked in heavy construction.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents Hyrum and Kathryn Litton and Wallace and Frances Aubrey.

Carl is survived by his mother; a brother, Bruce (Dawn) Litton of Hamilton; a son, Corey Thomas Bush of Florida; nephew, Keithan Litton of Hamilton; niece Kaitlan “Katie” Litton of Cameron; niece, Kelsey Reeves (Brian) of Plattsburg; aunt, Lillian Craig of Kearney; and a great-nephew, Konner Reeves, of Plattsburg. Carl is also survived by numerous cousins.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, Dec. 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Stith Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Polo. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 10:30 a.m. at Polo Christian Church. Interment will follow at Prairie Ridge Cemetery. Memorial gifts are suggested to the new building fund at Polo Christian Church.
