Cheryl June Gentry

Cheryl June Gentry age 64, of Hamilton, passed away on June 10, 2022, at the Cameron Regional Medical Center in Cameron.  Cheryl grew up in Kingston, and lived most of her adult life in Hamilton.

Cheryl was born on Aug. 15, 1957, in Cameron, to Marshall Dean and Artice (Guffey) Gentry.  She graduated from the Penney High School in 1975.  She attended business college in St. Joseph, MO, for two years.  Cheryl worked many years performing check processing and keyboarding, and most recently worked in Hamilton at Strade Photography.

Cheryl enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and researching genealogy.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her; brother, Mike (Tammy) Gentry of Kingston; daughter, Katrina England; grandchildren, Layne England and Avah Laiter; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.

Graveside Service & Interment will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston.

Graveside Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston, just prior to the service. 

A memorial fund is being established for her grandchildren-checks may be made to Mike Gentry for this fund.
