Elbert Dean “Abbott” Bratcher, age 87, of Kansas City, passed away Nov. 20. A visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at White Chapel Funeral Home in Gladstone. Services will be held Nov. 30, at the Avondale United Methodist Church in Kansas City at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Breckenridge, MO, following the service.
