Inez"Reve"Anderson

Inez “Reve” Anderson of age 87, a resident of Braymer, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Golden Age Nursing Home in Braymer.

Reve was born the daughter of George and Mae (Gastineau) Voyles on Nov. 18, 1934, in rural Caldwell County. She was a 1952 graduate of Braymer High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Anderson on May 24, 1957, in Braymer.  He preceded her in death on July 31, 1974.  Reve worked as an administrative assistant for the Braymer C-4 School District for 20 years.  Reve was a member of the Catawba Club and enjoyed quilting, crocheting, gardening, cooking and making sure everyone was well fed.  Most of all she enjoyed spoiling her grandkids and great grandkids.  She was a member of the Braymer Church of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl Fields and husband Richard of Braymer; two sons, Darrell Anderson and wife Kim of Shawnee, KS, and Darrin Anderson of Braymer; five grandchildren, Brady Yardley, Bobby Fields, Keslie Hays, Tanner Anderson, and Skyler Anderson; and three great grandchildren, Caden Fields, Jillian Fields and Emma Yardley; and one sister Shirley Shelton of Gladstone.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert, great grandson Braydon Yardley; four brothers Carl, Roy, Edward, and Harold Voyles, and two sisters Blanche Lowrey and Faye Weir.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Braymer Lions Club.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Braymer Church of Christ and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home P.O.
