Jax Madden Guffey

Jax Madden Guffey, infant son of Chance Guffey and Tameka Davis, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

Jax was born on Friday, May 21, at Liberty Hospital.

Survivors include his parents, Chance Guffey and Tameka Davis of Braymer; brother, Kreu Guffey of Braymer; two sisters, Kyslei Dahlberg and Farrah Guffey, both of Braymer; maternal grandparents, Bobby Davis of Kings Mountain, NC and Kathy Davis of Braymer; paternal grandparents, Brian Guffey of Breckenridge and Lisa (Kincaid) Guffey of Braymer; and paternal great-grandmother, Jean Ann (Murray) Guffey of Breckenridge.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Richard Hornsby and Carol (Brown) Hornsby; paternal great-grandfather, Alan E. Guffey; and paternal great-grandparents, Robert Clayton Kincaid and Carol (Smith) Kincaid.
