Jimmy Joe Woolf

Jimmy Joe Woolf, age 78, a resident of Wheeling, MO, passed away on Wednesday, Apr. 17, 2019, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

Jimmy was born the son of Allen J. Woolf and Dolly Fickel on Sept. 3, 1940, in Laredo. Jimmy attended Braymer High School and was a member of the Brayer FFA. Jimmy and Virginia Grant were married May 1963. To this union two children, Michael and Susan, were born. He worked on his farm in Wheeling for 26 years.

Survivors include his son, David Woolf of Wheeling, and one sister.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Virginia Woolf; son, Michael Woolf; and daughter, Susan Woolf.

Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe on Wednesday, Apr. 24, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, Apr. 23, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer.
