Patricia Ann Gillmore

Patricia Ann Gillmore, age 79, a resident of Braymer, MO, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, in Chillicothe.

Patricia was born the daughter of Ethel Vernon “Ev” and Mae (Farmer) Adair on April 28, 1939, in Cowgill. She was a 1958 graduate of Braymer High School. She was united in marriage to Darwin Gilmore on May 11, 1958, in Cowgill. He preceded her in death on Feb. 18, 2016. Patricia worked as a nurse’s aide for Golden Age Nursing Home in Braymer for many years. She was a member of the Cowgill Baptist Church in Cowgill. She loved to travel with the in-laws.

Survivors include one son, Michael Gilmore of Braymer; one daughter, Ramona Reed of Chillicothe; two grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Wormsley of Rolla.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Darwin; one grandson; and one brother, John Adair.

Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer on Monday, Dec. 10, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the funeral home in Braymer on Dec. 10, one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer.
