Regina Mobley

Regina Mobley, age 79, a resident of Braymer, MO, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020, at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond.

Regina was born the daughter of Bill and Trudy Westfall on Feb. 21, 1940, in Los Angeles, CA. She was united in marriage to Carl Mobley on Aug. 4, 1956, in Ontario, CA. He survives of the home. 

Regina was a dog breeder and a member of the AKC Dog Breeder Association. She sold Rubbermaid for many years. Regina liked to wallpaper, and had wallpapered half of the houses in Braymer. She loved gardening and taking care of her dogs. Regina was a foster parent for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Mobley, of the home; one son, Russ Mobley and fiancée, Lisa Murray of Kansas City; one daughter, Debbie Magerrell of Syracuse, NY; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Diane Degroat of Kansas. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.
