Robert Eugene Pierson

Robert "Bob" Eugene Pierson, age 84, of Hamilton, MO, passed away on Feb. 1, 2021, at the North Kansas City Hospital in NKC, MO. Bob lived in Hamilton for the past five years and previously lived in Kingman, AZ.

Bob was born on June 26, 1936, in Clay County, to Albert Ray and Greta (Swigart) Pierson. He graduated from the Liberty high school and then served in the military in the Coast Guard. He retired from the military and also retired from working as a minister and security guard.

He married Kathy Clifton on April 9, 1961, in Excelsior Springs. She preceded him in death.

Bob was also preceded by his parents; four sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include his son, Robert Pierson, Jr. of Hamilton; three brothers, Larry Pierson of Lathrop, Dean Pierson of Lawson, and Carrol Pierson of Hamilton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. Services are pending for a later date. www.bramfuneralservices.com
