Sandra N. Cox

Sandra N. Cox, age 80, of Warsaw, MO, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021, at the St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City.

She was born on Aug. 27, 1940, in Cameron, the daughter of Samuel and Vera (Stanfield) Cox. She grew up in Hamilton and graduated from the J. C. Penney High School. She made her home in Ash Grove for over 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren, Daniel Wedlock and Danny Pierce, Jr.

Sandra is survived by two children, Suzanne George of Edwards and Danny Pierce (Tina) of Hamilton; two grandchildren, Manda Assel of Belton and Derick Wedlock (fiancee Katie Knickerbocker) of Kansas City; and six great-grandchildren, Christopher, Liauna, Jeremiah, Drew, Able and Athena.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. Inurnment will be held at Highland Cemetery in Hamilton.
