Teresa Eloise Clark

Teresa Eloise Clark, 65, Hamilton, passed away on Aug. 17, 2023, at the Daviess County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Gallatin,.  Teresa moved to Hamilton in 1992 and lived in Rogers, Arkansas, in the past.

Teresa was born on June 10, 1958, in Hominy, Oklahoma, to Ray and Arlie (Crabtree) Mantooth.  She graduated from the Rogers, Arkansas, high school.  She was a truck driver for Wal-Mart for 28 years.  

Teresa enjoyed the animals on her farm, riding bikes and riding in bike marathons, and snow skiing.  She was a member of the Charity Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas, and also attended the Hamilton Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant sister.

In 1991, she married LaVern "Shorty" Clark in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  They were married 32 years and he survives of the home.

Additional survivors include sisters-Mary Lorita Kolb, Kenya; Jewell Sartain, Kansas City, MO.; and Alicia Younse, Mtn. View, Arkansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service was held  11 a.m., Mon., Aug. 21, 2023, at the Hamilton Baptist Church.

Visitation was held from 10 to 11 a.m., 1 hour prior to the service, at the church on Monday.

Interment is located at Highland Cemetery, Hamilton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
