Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
30 oz. shredded hashbrowns
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef
3. Add Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and ½ cup of cheese. Stir until combined.
4. In a 9 x 13 pan layer half of the hashbrowns, top with meat mixture, and then layer other half of hashbrowns.
5. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.
