Hornet Golfers Get off to a Hot Start

PHS Golf Coach Adam Summers saw his team get off to a hot start at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond last Monday, and no one was hotter than medalist Wyatt Gregory who shot a 39. Other Hornet golfers who helped the team finish in the number one position included Quinn Brown with a 45, Ethan Green's 46, and Nick Hartley who shot a 49 for a team total of 179. Mid Buchanan came in second at 200, Orrick was next with 236, and Plattsburg totaled 324. In the Orrick Best Ball Tournament, Ethan Green and Quinn Brown placed second while Wyatt Gregory and Thane Ward came in 3rd.
